Our goal is to reach out to people who have endured various challenges in life from anxiety and depression through to severe interpersonal problems, self-harm and other difficulties associated with personality and behaviour such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). A series of face to face or Skype counselling, couple therapy or mindfulness sessions can provide the space to think about yourself and your life in new and creative ways, gain different perspectives on old and more recent difficulties and learn new skills.
We also specialise in supporting people living with intense emotionality, difficulties regulating emotions, unhelpful urges and behaviours, often associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). We are offering comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mentalisation-Based Therapy programmes for people living with BPD and borderline traits. These evidence-based intensive programmes consist of individual therapy and DBT Skills Classes in Kings Cross or MBT Group Therapy in Islington. We are experienced and BACP-registered counsellors, DBT and MBT therapists providing compassionate, efficient and caring service based in London Bridge, Islington, Kings Cross, the city of London and Sydenham. For people who cannot access our service due to location we are also offering therapy and mindfulness training online via Skype and other online platforms. We also run mindfulness based retreats and personal development programmes on the island of Gozo in Malta. Through mindfulness, yoga, Lomi Lomi Nui bodywork or horse-assisted therapy we support individuals to live more fully, cope more effectively with their challenges or gain better understanding of their relational patterns.
